Cats are welcomed (no dogs!) with a one time pet deposit of $175.00 plus monthly pet rent. You must complete our screening process at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] even if you do NOT have a pet. Your application will be considered incomplete until that is completed.
Security deposit of $700.00. Application fee is $25.00 for every adult that will be residing in the property.
Landlord pays for water, sewer and refuse. Tenant responsible for all other utilities.
Tenant must have a renters insurance policy before moving in.
We do not take housing, this includes Section 8 and LHA.
