During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

***Please note, this is a furnished school year rental available from mid August 2024-mid May 2025. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home located in Black Mountain and just minutes from Montreat. The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom that includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The spare bedroom is furnished with a full size bed. Spacious yard and decks. Sorry, no pets. Lawn care included. ***The gas fireplace seen in photos will be off limits. The basement is not included in the rental.
