Moving to the area, needing a place to stay while youre shopping for a new home? Have you been displaced due to your home being damaged? Are you in the military and needing a temporary home? Then this home may be for you. This home is fully furnished and equipped, with all utilities included. I work with military, corp. temp housing and insurance companies, as well as individuals to provide you with a home away from home.
This home is half mile to the main street with all the stores. Close to the AFB Base. With less then a mile from I-67, you will have quick access to Sherwood, North Little rock and downtown Little Rock. To the north, you are just a few miles to Cabot. You can get to Conway 30 minutes to the west or Searcy 30 minutes to the north. This home is in a friendly neighborhood surrounded by like single family homes.
Dogs welcome, maximum of three, no other pets will be accepted, to include cats.!

Application Fee: $65.00 per adult over 18 years old.
Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Minimum credit score of 680 is required.
Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants.
Security Deposit and other applicable fees, to include dogs, will apply based on trip length and may change based on the application information provided.
Any stays under 30 days a 13.5% occupancy tax will apply.
Nightly and weekly stays may be available based on a 5 day minimum. Call for availability.
