Everyone that will be living in the home 18 years or older is required to submit an application. The application fee is $55.00, non refundable. We do a credit check, background check, job and rental history. The requirements for approval are a 575 minimum credit score and no prior bankruptcies in the last 10 years. Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. Employment verification for the last year of employment. To support the application you may provide proof of financials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements.
