Each person 18 or older is required to place a separate application. This home can be held for up to 2 weeks from date of application/approval IF an application is approved, a lease is signed, and the security deposit is paid within 48 hours.
-Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score(s), rental history, and monthly income. Credit score must be 620 or higher. Income must be at least 3.5x the monthly rent ($5,582.50).
