This documentation typically comes in the form of a letter from a licensed mental health professional (therapist, psychiatrist, etc.) for who is treating the tenant. The letter should include the professionals contact information and license number, as well as confirmation of the tenants need for an ESA. No Fake documentation allowed.

4) Minimum 12-month (1 year) lease is required

The Landlords will be responsible for all landscape, lawncare and pest control. As well as any maintenance needed for the property.
