The application consists of credit check / background check for each adult with a Nonrefundable fee of $35. The security deposit is $525. One adult applicant must have a MINIMUM GROSS MONTHLY INCOME of $1,575 or greater, NO EVICTIONS, and NO EVICTION COMPLAINTS in past 5 years, good employment history, and good credit required. At this time we are not interested in having any pets in this unit.
