Bramble Cottage is a fully furnished vacation rental in beautiful Santa Barbara. This peaceful home is a half mile from the beach, 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Santa Barbara and the famous Funk Zone, with tons of shopping, restaurants, breweries, and delicious wine tasting.
This house is designed in Tudor style with hardwood floors and stucco walls that radiate elegance and comfort. In addition, this rental features a well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary appliances to create delicious meals.
This sweet rental has tons of natural light and a small dining area for four, perfect for family meals and gatherings. The living room has a cozy fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the nearby Santa Barbara attractions.
Next to the living room is a separate TV room with a comfortable couch that folds out to sleep one person and has a huge flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. You can walk through the TV room to the primary bedroom and bath.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, end tables, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom also features a large sliding barn door closet with ample storage space.
The second bedroom has a cozy queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo, and a closet. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio area.
The patio area is ideal for unwinding, with many seating options to enjoy the fresh air and California sunshine. The patio also features string lights, a porch swing, a large couch, and a BBQ grill, making it the perfect place for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors.
In addition, there is off-street parking for one car in the driveway, and a separate laundry area makes washing and drying clothes convenient and hassle-free.
Please be aware that this property has a long-term tenant in the studio apartment at the back of the house. The main house is #1, and the studio apartment is #2. The laundry is outside Unit As kitchen area and is shared with the tenant in Unit B. The door to the laundry room is where unit A begins and where the electronic lock is. This common area is also where the refrigerator for unit A is located. There are distinct lounge areas, plenty of privacy, and a separation between the home and the studio. However, please know that some areas are not entirely private.
