- Lucky Lou Shoe business is in home. Tenants will have the front bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen to themselves. Also the use of the driveway unless owner is loading in/out for a show (5-6 shows per year). Tenant will also have full use of the back porch and yard.
$800 rent if 1 person rents, owner will take the back bedroom with separate entrance (although owner may still have to use the front door), half of the back utility room and the entire garage. Deposit will be full months rent.
$1000 rent if 2 people rent, the tenants will each get a bedroom, the use of the dining room and kitchen, back porch and yard and driveway (with the exception of owner show days). Owner's office will remain in the living room with her racks in the utility room and garage.
Owner is usually at the house working from 10am-6pm Monday-Friday unless she is prepping for a show (in which case, she is there more). If owners need to come by the house on the weekend for any reason, they will always alert the tenant in advance.
Utilities are included in the rent prices, which includes internet, electricity, water, heat/AC but not cable.
Dog duties: If owner is working in the back bedroom, the dog will stay there with owner mostly, but she does like to look out the front window in the living room. Under no circumstances is she allowed out the front door (owner will be putting up a pretty fence/gate on the front porch to help prevent this). Dog doesn't try to dart out, but she does need to be watched whenever the door is open. Owner's need the tenant to let her into the back yard when she has to go (owners have a long cable that hooks to her harness). Owners do poop patrol. Dog cannot be around other dogs. She and the dog next door bark at each other but that's fine as long as she's on her cable. Tenant will feed/water the dog but owners will provide food.
Owner does not want the dog eft alone for more than 6 hours (in case she has to potty), so if the tenant is going to be gone for the weekend or overnight, they need to let the owners know in advance so owner can stay at the house, make plans to board her or other agrangements.
