You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income and must provide 3 months of paystubs and 3 months of bank statements, and please note that properties require that applicant have a credit score of 580 or above with exceptions by law and make Two times the rent, must have no evictions within the last 5 years and no collections from past landlords.
