I am a young professional looking to rent out the rooms in my new construction town-home (master pictured but I will also be posting another BR soon). I travel a lot for my job so I will be away from home for about 1/2 of the month. When I am home I am pretty outgoing and like to get to know the people I am living with. During my free time im usually hiking, skiing, working on my car, spending time outside and of course, flying! On the other hand I am also laid back and good at giving people their space when they need it. Ideally, I am looking for another young professional with some kind of goal in life and who is open to experience. The house itself is a new construction and you would be the first person to live in each room. The forecasted ability date is July first and the lease is for six months with an option to review. Garage space can be added to the lease for an additional $25/month. Utilities will be split evenly. Both the terms of the lease and move-in date are negotiable for the right person. NO PETS!
