Monthly Pet Fee: $25 per pet upon approval.
SMOKING AND VAPING POLICY: This home is strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping home.
UTILITIES: Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including water (provided by Greenville Water), electricity (supplied by Duke Energy), and cable.
LAWN CARE: Landlord's responsibility.
RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIREMENT:
Tenants are required to obtain insurance from an A-rated insurance carrier. This coverage must be maintained throughout the entire term of the lease agreement.
