Rent is $1,425 per month and a security deposit of $1,745. Tenant responsible for electricity and trash. $100 per month water and sewer fee. Application fee is $50 plus a $10 processing fee. All occupants over 18 must fill out an application and be included as a "Tenant" on the lease. Qualified applicants will have verifiable income of at least 3 times rent, minimum credit score of 700, and a positive rental history. We use a scoring system which averages the scores if there is more than 1 applicant. We make exceptions under limited circumstances but may require an additional security deposit or a guarantor, please ask for details. We do not accept applicants with evictions or certain criminal histories. We perform a thorough background check. A comprehensive reusable tenant screening report will not be accepted.
