3) Rental History: Good rental history with no prior evictions.

4). Background Check: Must pass a background check

5). Lease Term: 12 months

6). Application Fee: $69 per adult (18 years and older).

- One-time $199 administrative fee

Pets: Allowed with restrictions and deposits.

Section 8: Accepted with a complete RTA package and at least 10-12 months remaining on the voucher before renewal.
