Lease length will only be month to month. The bedroom can be partially furnished if necessary. The whole place is freshly painted and new flooring in the living room. The house is 1/2 of a duplex and is located in KI Sawyer, about a 25-minute drive to Marquette or 10 minutes to Gwinn. Theres lots of trails and lakes nearby for recreation.
