Schools: The house is 2 blocks from Boulder High School, 1 mile from Casey Middle School and a 10 minute Walk from Whittier Elementary. It is a 15 minute walk from the CU preschool and the Boulder Day Nursery.
The house has an enclosed yard that is great for kids and garden parties. It has a shaded patio and hammock. The house has colorful and eclectic antique furniture that is in decent shape. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a single bed. One small pretty victorian bathroom. Unfinished basement with washing machine, hot water heater and furnace. There is a garage in the backyard that is fenced in.... so no car access. We use it to house gardening tools and some storage. Heating is by conduction (hot air rises). It is quiet and powerful and heats quickly.
Rental cost includes water, trash and recycling.
Lease term 12 months.
