Cozy cabin on just shy of 2 acres @ 4-mile MDR. 10 minutes from UAF. 15 minutes from Fairbanks West. Very quiet and peaceful.
$1,750/month + utilities.
Photos are from when we first moved in in October 2014 so the property looks slightly different now.
All appliances in the kitchen were upgraded and replaced with stainless items. The washer & dryer were also replaced.
1 bedroom, 1 bath 925 sqft cabin with a detached & heated 1 car garage. This property is perfect for one or two people.
The bathroom is unfinished but completely functional. We need to finish up the flooring and painting, etc. Single sink, toilet, and a large oversized shower stall.
Laundry: washer & dryer in the cabin.
Water: the cabin is on a well & water softener system.
Utilities: electric and heating oil (you are responsible for these costs.)
Heating: the cabin has a Toyo stove and a wood burner as a backup. The garage has a Toyo stove.
Internet: we are currently using Starlink. You are responsible for your internet. We plan on taking our Starlink equipment but the cabling will remain.
TV: DishTV doesnt work out here. Neither does DirecTV. We use Starlink and Roku for our streaming. You are responsible for your situation.
Cell phone: Verizon is what works out here. We have a cell booster in the cabin to improve performance. AT&T barely makes it.
You are responsible for hauling your trash to the transfer site.
You are responsible for mowing the grass and trimming the trees around the property. We are not looking for immaculate- just tidiness. :)
Please keep the deck cleared of snow in the winter as much as possible.
Snowplowing: if needed, we can plow in the winter for an extra cost as my husbands schedule allows, (For Knoxs schedule).
We are open to allowing pets but no more than 2 please, (small space and such).
Smoking: absolutely no smoking anything in the cabin. Nothing. Go outside & no littering.
Deposits: $750.00
Deposit due at the time of lease signing, please. Rent is due by the 1st of each month.
