Youll have access to the entire home, front porch, back deck, patio, and garage! There is an unfinished basement (future project) for owner storage. No tenant right to storage. The staircase is open and so caution should be used if you were to need to go to the basement due to a storm or weather event.

A credit and background check are required, as well as security deposit equal to one months rent, and income of 3 times the rent are required. We do not accept animals of any sort as this is our home, and we have sensitivities/allergies.
