We call our little retreat The Cove. It is well-maintained and charming, with a quaint side garden shared with one other resident. There are potted flowers and the side garden is maintained by the nice older woman living next door. It is walking distance to a supermarket, a deli, a bagel store, a park, and several restaurants, along with a large shopping center that will have a new Whole Foods. You can also easily access 3 major highways to go east, west, north, or south. Note that the lease term can be for 6-11 months as we use the apartment starting next July.
