-walk to convenience stores, corner house pizza, parks. 10 minutes to downtown and close to 6th avenue freeway and I-25.
About you:
-quiet, clean single person with stable income, can pass background check.
-quiet hours 10pm-6am
-May consider discounted rent in exchange for handyman/yard work or babysitting.
-6 mo lease with one month’s rent as deposit. Rent includes all utilities. Extendable lease if we are a good fit.
-Can share my internet for $30/month.
