If your looking for a short or long stay, or visiting the AFB Base, or just passing through and want a hometown feeling close to the Capital city, look no further… This home has the space for all, bosting 4-bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a fenced in yard. If you are needing to be close to Sherwood, NLR or Little Rock, you will have close access to all the hospitals & nightlife.

Dogs welcome, maximum of three, no other pets will be accepted, to include cats.!

Application Fee: $65.00 per adult over 18 years old.
Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Minimum credit score of 680 is required.
Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants.
Security Deposit and other applicable fees, to include dogs, will apply based on trip length and may change based on the application information provided.
Any stays under 30 days a 13.5% occupancy tax will apply.
Nightly and weekly stays may be available based on a 5 day minimum. Call for availability.
