Sewer/septic and grass mowing are included in the rent. Tenants pay electricity, water, garbage, propane, and are responsible for weeding and trimming the planter beds.
Pets
Pets possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional deposit and $50 monthly pet rent.

Last month’s rent
$2,800 refundable security deposit
$400 non-refundable move-out carpet cleaning fee
Tenants are required to have a renters insurance policy
Applicant Criteria
We seek long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept cosigners or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
