Tenant Responsibilities
Water and sewer is included in the rent but tenants pay electricity, garbage, and tv/internet if desired. Tenants are responsible for mowing the grass, so please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the grass looking good at all times, or be willing to pay a landscaper to do it for you.
Pets
Pets possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional deposit and $50 monthly pet rent.

Applicant Criteria
We seek long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept cosigners or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
