Tenants with NO pets will need to setup a profile through a pet screening account to verify they have NO pets for no additional costs. Pet screenings are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets, and service/companion animal registration is free.

Must provide all landlord contact info for past 2 years of residency
Combined gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of rent
