This home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 ½ bathrooms and approximately 1500 sq. ft. Sit on your large wrap-around deck and enjoy the wildlife and the breathtaking view of the Cascade Mountains. Covered front porch and a swing are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the rainfall.
The kitchen has stainless steel French door fridge and dishwasher as well as a glass top stove/oven. The full bathroom is upstairs and has tub/shower combo, built in storage, and a convection heater. ½ bath is downstairs. Washer and dryer included. Home is heated by a heat pump.
Expansive yard is ideal for outdoor activities, gardening, or simply unwinding and taking in the views.

• There are 2 other cabins/tiny homes on the property. These are not included in the rental and are not available to rent. These are a good distance away and are not visible from this home.
• Any costs/responsibility for snow removal from the road to the house will be shared between you and the Tenant in the tiny home.
• Tenant is responsible for grass mowing from April through October. If unable to maintain grass mowing in its current condition, we can refer a landscaper to you. The current cost is $350/mo.
• Landlord will have gutters and decks cleaned on a regular basis. Schedule to be provided to Tenant.
• There is an area of the home which is locked off and has separate access from the exterior. Both this area and the garage are being used for owner storage and are not included or available. You will be renting the main home only. The covered area behind the garage, as well as the items in it, are not included.
• There is a hot tub on the property. This does not currently work, will not be repaired, and have a locked cover on it.
• Home is not furnished.

- Gross household income of at least $9,950.00 per month
- All legal and verifiable sources of income accepted
- Credit score of at least 675 per applicant
- Min. 1 year rental history and/or mortgage payment history (no negative or neutral references)
- $275 non-refundable administration fee due prior to move in
