The location is fantastic. You are two blocks from UConn Law. You are steps to the popular Tangiers (we highly recommend the falafel). You are a two minute walk to the #1 breakfast spot in Hartford, Mo's Midtown. Elizabeth Park is within walking distance and runs a free concert series every summer - fun! You are three miles from West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square and the highway is less than a mile.
This apartment is enormous (biggest multi-family around), with original period trim details (from 1897), columns, open stairwell, fir flooring, paneled door, high ceiling, marble fireplace. There are three large sized bedrooms and two bathrooms and which provide a multitude of options for different living arrangements. The kitchen is open and you will never feel cramped while entertaining or cooking alongside others. There is plenty of room for a large table and chairs. There is also a newer french door bottom freezer stainless steel refrigerator. In the kitchen, french doors look out onto a new raised 2nd floor deck that was custom built last year. The deck offers a great area for cookouts and as a special space for hosting friends/family. It creates one continuous area when the doors are opened to the kitchen, and is not the typical mini-deck found on most multi-family homes.
