Pets are welcome with approval. PetScreening is required to determine eligibility and applicable fees. Please note that pet deposits are non-refundable.
Professionally managed by Oliver Management Services, Tropicana Apartments offers 24-hour maintenance, convenient online rent payment and maintenance request options, shared on-site laundry, and reserved parking for each unit, with additional guest parking available at no charge.
Application details:
-$40 application fee per adult (all occupants 18+ must apply)
-Income requirement: 2.5x the base rent
-Online payment fees: Credit 2.99%, Debit $9.99, eCheck waived
-$15/month LLI insurance fee if proof of renter’s insurance is not provided by move-in
Currently Tropicana Apartments is not structured for participation in third-party housing voucher programs such as section 8 which require additional processes, inspections, and contractual agreements
