• Income Requirement: 2.5x monthly rent
• Credit: 12 months of positive credit history, no more than $500 in past-due collections (excluding medical debt)
• Rental History: 12 months of verifiable rental history
• *Holding Period: Lease must begin within 10 days of application receipt
