Selection Criteria:

4 Pillars Property LLC follows the US Fair Housing Act, for that reason our criteria are based on good financial habits on an equal opportunity basis. Our selection criteria are as follow:

• Minimum Income required: 3 times the monthly rent (Combined income per family apply).

• Section 8 accepted: We accept Section 8 voucher; however, the voucher’s holder must pass the minimum credit score criteria (No Exceptions) and a background will be run for all adults who will live in the property.

Pet’s Information:

We Love our pets, and they are considered part of our families. They are welcome to our properties; however next rules apply:

• Pet’s Vaccination Records required with your application.

• Medium Pets Only (35 Pounds max).

• Max of two (02) pets.

• Pet’s Deposit: $500 Pet’s Deposit required per pet ($250 Non-refundable and $250 refundable at the end of the lease).

• Pet’s Rent: $50 per pet as monthly pet rent is required.

Pet Details: We welcome pets! However, to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all residents, please note the following pet policy:

Pet Types & Size: Cats and dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets per unit.

Pet Fees: An additional pet security deposit fee of $500 per pet is required upon move-in. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet.

Breed Restrictions: Certain dog breeds may be restricted for safety and insurance purposes. Please inquire for more details.

Pet Conduct: Pets must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and not cause excessive noise or damage.

Vaccinations & Licensing: All pets must be current on vaccinations and licensed per local laws.
