In order to qualify, you cannot have any felonies on record, have a credit score of 600 or higher, no prior evictions, and income must be atleast 2.5x's the rent ($4,500/month). There is absolutely no smoking inside the residence.

Up to 2 pets are welcome with a refundable $350 pet deposit per pet, but all dog breeds must be approved by our insurance company (certain breeds are not covered).
