You must have no crimes of a sexual nature. Maximum of 3 adults on the lease. If you meet these qualifications then we can setup an in person tour/interview at the property. The non refundable application screening fee is $55 per adult paid directly to Avail and covers credit, eviction, & background check. We cant hold over the rental for any reason (first come first serve). After the application approval, you must have the money in the form of cash, money order, cashiers check (no personal checks, cash app, gift cards, etc). All future payments and maintenance requests will be done using your Avail account. You can even setup auto pay if you like. This is also a great way to build credit.
