The report must contain 1) Name 2) Contact information 3) Verification of employment and income 4) Last known address 5) Rental and credit history 6) Criminal history for all federal, state, and local convictions
While we do accept compliant portable screening reports as defined by HB23-1099, we do still require that all tenants complete our application. If a compliant portable report is provided and e-mailed to [Use EMAIL button] , we will issue an application fee refund after the submittal of your application.
