This apartment is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week.

Payments & renewals:

- Payment plans for monthly renewals: upon request, we can tentatively reserve renewal months without payment up until 14 days prior to each renewal date, after which the dates would be opened for other guests to book. Payment plans require the initial month to be paid in full

Cancellation policy:

Booking requirements:

- Rental agreement

- Separate $200 refundable security deposit. Payable online only. Refund issued after checkout assuming no material issues e.g. damage, missing items, violated House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

The space:

The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Location:

- All within two blocks: cafes, breweries, grocery store, brunch restaurant, beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars

Parking:

- Reserved parking is not included in this listing

- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on Jackson St and on Pleasant St

-- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Jackson St, Jefferson St, Pleasant St, and the west side of Water St, but not allowed on east side of Water St

- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isnt enforced). Just call the city on the day youd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a confirmation in 5-10 minutes. - If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

House Rules:

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses

2. No smoking ($150 fee)

3. Quiet time after 10pm

4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others

5. $75 charge for unreturned keys
