Available for the 2026-27 school year, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is available to State Tech Students only and is only 2.6 miles away from campus. There are currently 4 rooms available for $500 monthly with no security deposit. A first month's rent fee of $500 is due in addition to the regular monthly rent. Kitchen, living, and bathroom spaces are shared and each bedroom has a keyed entry for added privacy. Partially furnished with dressers, couches, and a washer and dryer.
