All of your total provable income must be equal or greater than 3 times the monthly rent for this unit. For example: If the monthly rent is $1500, your combined income (plus the income of any adults that will be on the lease) must be at least $4500 per month to qualify. 2) No Evictions - we complete a full background check. 3) A state or federally issued ID. 4) The (non-negotiable) application fee of $50 for each person over the age of 18. 5) Pets are allowed with a monthly pet rent (per pet).
