The space:
Enter our home through a gabled front porch and into a large living area where natural light pours through new windows. Hardwood floors and a sleeper sofa are perfect for gathering with friends and family. New wall mounted Smart Roku TV. Large table for a puzzle night or dinner in front of the tube.
The second room includes a dedicated work/study/sitting area and a solid spiral stairway that leads up to the main loft bedroom with a queen size bed. North and south facing windows in this upstairs provide the perfect romantic balance of light and privacy. Very comfortable reading/quiet area as well.
Through the main-level dedicated work space is an additional gathering area where a sofa sits in front of a second wall mounted, new flat-screen Smart TV. Transform this living space into a private bedroom at night by opening brand new Ashley queen size sleeper sofa and drawing privacy linen curtains. Wall mounted charging stations with reading lights. It's SO cozy.
Bathroom includes a sink, shower, and traditionally-sized, round-seat toilet. Bathroom is smaller but well appointed with new towels, nice products and it's spotless.
A large kitchen/dining area that seats 6 perfect for cooking, preparing meals, or sitting around with family and friends. Featuring new washer/dryer and refrigerator. Dishwasher, gas range, all new cookware, Keurig coffee maker with pods, wine glasses, martini shaker/glasses all new utensils.
The kitchen has a back door that leads to a new deck, new gas grill, outdoor coffee table/chairs, deep and private back yard with a stone walkway leading to fire pit/gathering area perfect for enjoying a nice evening.
