Located in 'Bringhurst Station' off of Redwood Rd making it an easy to commute between Utah and Salt Lake County. Great management that is easy to work with and respects tenants privacy. Tenants are responsible for utilities and will be charged $5 quarterly for furnace filters. Utilities are split between tenants.
