1. All tenants (and co-signers, if applicable) must complete an application.
2. Once approved, a $1,000 initial holding deposit is due to reserve the unit and begin lease preparation.
3. The remainder of the security deposit must be submitted within 1 week or by the due date listed on the lease agreement.
4. Applicants must show a minimum monthly income of 2.5x the rent and a credit score of 650 or higher. Guarantors/co-signers are accepted.
**To be eligible for the Move In Special, all prospective tenants and co-signers must submit rental applications on the Skylight Realty website within 24 hours of touring, followed by signing a lease.**
