Historic house, located on the corner of N. State and E. Kingsley in the heart of Kerrytown, which features many shops, restaurants, and the local farmer's market just steps away!
The house consists of 4 units. Unit 2 is located on the second floor, and has a flexible layout to include a large, double-living room space.
The unit includes 1 free parking spot.
Water/sewer, trash/recycling is billed at a flat-rate $70 per tenant per quarter. Gas and electric charged at a flat rate $120.18/month for the unit. Lawn care and snow removal included. Shared laundry is available in the shared basement.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed.
No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
