The house is also fully furnished (without linens) and has a large driveway for parking.
All utilities are responsibility of the tenant, as is snow removal. Lawn care included with rent.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
No application fee. Non-refundable $95 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
