Off the other side of the living room is the hallway, which leads to the first full bathroom and two bedrooms.
The hallway also leads to the upstairs, which has carpeting throughout. Upstairs is divided in half, making it very functional and flexible. Both upstairs rooms could be used as an office or a play space (they are not legal sleeping bedrooms).
Heading downstairs to the basement from the kitchen, there is a second full bathroom with laundry, as well as a large recreational room and separate room that could be used as another office or flex space.
Some of the other great features include a partially fenced yard, central a/c and a detached 1 car garage.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer, trash/recycling) plus lawn care and snow/ice removal. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
