Once we receive the application, you will then receive an email to approve the background check and you need to submit a $30 payment through the weblink provided. If your application is approved you will need to pay the $40 application fee when you sign the lease.
No pets allowed. Ready now for lease.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Three months of paystubs or other proof of income
2. Six months or more job experience in Orlando
3. Minimum income requirement of 2.5 times the rent
4. No evictions within the past 10 years
5. Criminal records must contain no felony convictions for crimes involving violence, assault or battery, firearms, the illegal manufacture, or distribution of a controlled substance within the past seven years and no sexual offenses ever.
6. No pets allowed
7. No smoking inside the apartments
