This single family home features four bedrooms & two bathrooms and a fenced in yard with a one-car garage and one carport. The home is also equipped with central air, a new water heater and a dry clean basement with laundry hookups. Refrigerate and stove included.
Ideally located right off of Fleet Ave - nearby Saucisson butcher shop, Fleet Bike shop, Daisy's ice cream and Red Chimney diner.
Renter is responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal.
Small dogs and cats allowed. We do not charge a pet deposit but we do charge $50/month per pet.
Neighborhood: Many times people will ask what a specific neighborhood or area is like. We can't easily answer that question because everyone has a different opinion on that. Our suggestion is to drive by the home at several different times of the day and you will get a very realistic feel for what you can expect when you live at this home.
Maintenance: Many people ask whether they can do work or make changes to a home. Joffri Home Management has its own maintenance department and we do make sure the homes we manage are safe homes to live in. However, to protect our owners, we do not allow renters to make changes or repairs to the home including painting.
Screening: There is a $30 application fee per person charged by the background&credit check company. They charge this fee, we do not and are not making any money off of it! Our team will discuss our rental application process and qualification standards with you prior to applying. We screen using credit, background, and eviction checks as well as proof of income (pay stubs), job history, and landlord references. If interested, please apply. We look for ways to approve tenants.
