• Tenant responsible for al utilities (actual cost)

• $3,200 security deposit (subject to credit/qualifications/pets)

• Pets subject to negotiation/approval with additional deposit/fee

• Renter's insurance required with $100,000 in liability coverage

• No smoking

-All Asset Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for

$52.95/month or $59.95/month (+ HVAC Quarterly Filter Deliveries) both packages include liability

insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M
