Unfortunately loft space pictured may not be used as living or storage space. Located on a large property off of Alba Rd in Ben Lomond, there are a few other units on other parts of the property but the setting is very quiet and peaceful. Suitable for 2 people only. Tenant pays utilities including sub-metered gas and electric billed monthly, $30/month fee for water & garbage, and Internet service of choice. No laundry facilities onsite, no pets and no smoking. Please do not disturb the occupants of the property.
