Rental Terms:
1. Term: 6 month lease minimum, with option to renew
2. Pets: Cats allowed on a case-by-case basis, with $250.00 non-refundable pet fee and $50.00 per month pet rent. No dogs.
3. Utilities. Water, sewer, garbage are billed back to tenants depending on usage.
4. Security Deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent, refundable security deposit and $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
5. Holding Fee: $300.00 to be applied towards first month of rent.
6. Parking - One parking space available, included in rent.
