Each persons over 18 must meet following criteria:
-620+ credit score minimum with timely payments to revolving accounts, no collections
-Good rental history of at least 1 year, no evictions
-Stable source of income of at least 1 year (employment, SSI, assistance etc.) with ability to provide verification
*Depending on circumstances, we may accept a double deposit and/or co-signer in lieu of meeting criteria.
