You will need to submit an application in order for us to see if your pet will be accepted. Potential pet rent up to $35/pet per month. Potential pet security deposit up to $300/pet.

HOA Pet Policy: No horses, livestock, birds, poultry, reptiles, insects or other animals of any kind shall be raised, bred, kept or boarded in the Community; provided, however, that the Residents of each Lot may keep a reasonable number of bona fide household pets (including dogs, cats and other domestic animals approved by the Board), so long as such pets are not kept for any commercial purpose and are not kept in such number or in such manner as to create a nuisance to any resident of the Community.

HOA Parking Policy: A boat, trailer, camper (on or off supporting vehicles), tractor, commercial vehicle, mobile home, motor homes, any towed trailer unit, motorcycle, all terrain vehicle, recreational vehicle or non-pickup truck shall not be parked on any street in the Community or within any Lot except as a temporary expedience for loading and unloading, and in any event, not overnight, and otherwise except in a completely enclosed building such as a garage.

THE LANDLORD WILL ACCEPT A PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT AS DEFINED IN § 38-12-902(2.5), COLORADO REVISED STATUTES. THE REPORT MUST BE LESS THAN 30 DAYS OLD AND MADE AVAILABLE TO BRICKLEYS DIRECTLY BY THE CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY OR THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE THAT REGULARLY ENGAGES IN THE BUSINESS OF PROVIDING CONSUMER REPORTS AND COMPLIES WITH ALL STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS.
