-Minimum credit score: 600 *at least one applicant
-Combined household income: at least 2.5× monthly rent ($1,350)
-Our pet policy: up to 2 pets (cat or dog), no one pet may exceed 75 lbs. $200 refundable deposit, $200 non-refundable fee, and $25/month pet rent per pet.
