3 Private rooms ($600 - queen bed biggest room, $500 - full size bed smaller but enough space - Rented, $500 - full size for rent with a shared full bath. All down a private hallway. Security deposit $300 - refundable as long as you leave the room in condition you rented it. Single occupancy unless agreed upon differently and specified in the lease.
Shared kitchen - fully equipped.
Propane Grill
Large fenced backyard with patio table and benches.
Includes utilities, water, trash, internet . **if electric goes over $350 a month (currently $275 avg) the amount over will be divided by total number of people in the house and each person will be responsible for a equal share. This will be in the lease.
Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Nonrefundable pet deposit $250, Monthly Pet rent will be determined based on pet ($0 - $25). Proof of current vaccinations and fixed required.
NO cats, snakes, reptiles (open to discussion), loud birds, spiders.
Dog friendly home - we have 4. They bark they are dogs. They are well behaved, crate trained, sleep in our room at night. They are 8lbs, 17lbs, 44lbs and 78lbs. All fixed, current on vaccines.
A background check will be run on all applicants.
There is a zero drug tolerance. Vaping outside and in your room is fine. NO cigarettes or illegal drugs. It is grounds for immediate eviction.
Pool is being renovated and should be done by the end of June. A liability waiver will be a addendum on the lease if you want to use it.
Lease length: 3 month or 6 months
